Sparks by Alain Johannes
A Tribute to his late wife and former bandmate in Eleven Natasha Schneider, check out this new album coming out August 31, 2010.
Josh Homme had this to say:
Sparks is the first album that will be released under the new Dangerbird/Rekords Rekords partnership. And Homme couldn’t be happier. Blackbelt
I was introduced as a blackbelt for the first time Thursday at the Women's Self Defense Class at our DoJahng.
What a proud moment.
And what a proud moment to help teach 8 women how to defend themselves against would be assailants.

Recommended Black Belts
Achievement Achieved
We are Recommended Black Belts now.
We have reached the Beginning of our Martial Arts Experience.
Decided Black Belts should be in about 6 months after 3 midterm testings.
Don't know why I threw in the Bruise photo
that was after 2 weeks of getting hit.
I guess to remind me I take 3 blood thinning medications
I am going to have to start sparring now when cardiologist said I should not
I just want to have everybody at my Do Jahng to not hit me to hard
I would not like to have internal bleeding
But I have to do 15 rounds to get decided black belt
And in nearly 2 years, I do not have but very little sparring experience.
